Site Rules

1. Basic grammar and writing skills. We are primarily an intermediate site, open to both beginners and advanced as well. We do not allow for text talk in the forums, unless it is in the out of character boards. 
2. No discrimination, racial slurs, graphic/violent content, and no harassment. If any of this is seen, please report with screen shots to administration. 
3. No stealing. This includes art, graphics, content, characters, plots, etc. 
4. No drama. We all come on here to have fun. Drama will not be tolerated here, staff and members simply do not have the time. We all come here to escape and make new friends.
   
5. Only have one account per person. Check the FAQ for an explanation on this.
   
6. The rules may be changed at any point. A warning most likely will be given, unless it is a small change, such as grammar or wording that will not change much. 
7. English only. This includes in role play, shout box, and out of character forums.

Character Rules

1. LGBTQ+ characters are allowed. 
2. We age the characters. Characters age at double the speed of IRL. However, remember they are immortal and once they reach adulthood will not die unless you kill them off. We also follow an age burst policy, where the characters only are aged once every three months. 
   
3. Activity checks. Muzzle does activity checks at the end of every month. A warning is given after inactivity for one month, then your characters are removed after two. Visit the FAQ for more questions on this.
4. Dogs are the primary characters. All others can only be created with special badges from the shop, or during special event giveaways. The rarer the creature, the more it will cost.

Role Play Rules

1. 50 word minimum count. Most people find this easy to achieve, a simple three sentence paragraph will do. It is common courtesy to reply to those with the same amount of length as they have posted with you. This is disabled in the out of character boards, there is no minimum there. 
2. No preference on tense. Many people prefer third person past tense. 
3. No power play or god modeling. Here is a link to god modeling, and another for power play. If you ask the role players permission, this may be permitted at the basic level. ("Fawn noticed that Salt had narrowed his eyes and looked down upon the ground, appearing to be quite a bit salty.") 
4. PG13 role play. No detailed birthing, mating, violence, or gore. 
5. No purely OOC posts in an IC board. You can add a small comment such as "edit later" or "sorry for the weird ending".
6. Liquid time.  You may be involved in as many posts as you would like, with the assumption that everything is happening at different times and days. Keep in mind the season of the site however, which changes every month.
   
7. A character may do as they wish. You may fight another pack, try to cause an uprising, etc. But members are not required to accept what you do. You may be punished by being kicked out of your pack, or attacked by fellow packmates if they deem the character as a threat. Be prepared to accept punishments.
   
8. Double posting is allowed. However, we only permit it to be within a 24-hour cool down period where you have not received a reply to your thread, and it must be with a different character. You may not create private threads where you only role play with yourself. We do this because you can earn more biscuits by replying to yourself back to back, thus cheating the system.
